Group Five is an international research and consulting firm specializing in business to business satisfaction research in the financial services industry. Group Five conducts research on client and investor satisfaction with transfer agent services, employee plan administrators, and American depositary banks.

Since 1990, Group Five has conducted annual independent research on client satisfaction with transfer agents. They have been doing a similar survey in the employee plans administration industry since 1998. The purpose of conducting the independent research on client satisfaction is to:

      1. Focus the industry’s attention on service;
      2. Provide the industry with clients’ opinions about service quality;
      3. Provide clients with objective information that allows them to make informed decisions; and
      4. Provide administrators and transfer agents key drivers of client satisfaction.

Our ultimate objective is to improve service levels in the industry.
